Since there are only two types of low slope roofs (those that leak and those that will) it is inevitable that at some point you will need to locate and remedy a building leak.  This is often much easier said than done, due to factors such as roof type, the amount of equipment on the roof, and the building configuration.  Many times masonry and wall leaks are misdiagnosed as roof defects and vise-versa.

The key to Moisture Management’s success in identifying troublesome leak issues is three-fold: a combination of experience, sound processes, and an independent viewpoint.  Since we are not compensated for making repairs, you can be assured that our recommendations are valid and represent the best interest of our clients.

All of our leak investigations and recommendations are documented with digital photographs, thorough explanations, and repair detail drawings (if necessary).  Moisture Management has solved many difficult and complex water infiltration issues in the past and we are prepared and ready to assist you in the future.
