8. COMMUNICATION
Moisture Management works on your behalf throughout the entire process by coordinating and conducting meetings with contractors prior to bidding, prior to construction, and during the construction process. We will also help coordinate and conduct internal company meetings.
9. PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Moisture Management’s on-site inspectors will diligently monitor the entire construction process to ensure your objectives are achieved and safety procedures are followed.
10. FINAL INSPECTION AND PROJECT CLOSE-OUT
Moisture Management will complete a final inspection of the work to ensure your complete satisfaction. During this phase we will develop a punch list for corrective action and deliver a project closeout manual containing all documentation and photographs.
